CONFIDENTIALITY

The Translation Station understands the need for confidentiality at all levels of a company's foreign language programs. Therefore, we have instituted several practices, as follows:

  • The Translation Station signs confidentiality agreements with all its clients.
  • The Translation Station's staff and outside experts all sign confidentiality agreements with the company.
  • The Translation Station operates on a "need to know" basis. Only those within the organization who need to know the client name will be advised of it. All others operate using a code name in referring to the client.
  • The Translation Station has instituted a number of document control and duplication procedures to prevent "wandering eyes" from seeing what they shouldn't, and preventing excess copies of documents from "floating around."
  • Visitors to The Translation Station's office are restricted from entering the translation areas, and can only meet with company personnel in the "public areas."
